Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Full payment is required before shipment. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payment information is processed securely by our payment processors and is not stored on our servers. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be verified or if fraud is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For local pickup in Los Angeles, CA, please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs; no restocking fee applies to defects, shipping damage, our errors, or warranty claims. California residents have additional rights as described in the Refund Policy.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
